Tanja Pazou worked as a dance-choreographer for CAZAL Eyeglasses in Switzerland, BMW in Germany, a variety of fashion brands like Adidas, Reebok and Champion Sportswear, she directed events and commercials, and she produced her own sold-out shows that highlighted dance-choreography in Europe and in the United States. She worked for the Bertelsmann Group and for Sony Music, and she choreographed for a variety of music artists.

Tanja Pazou has worked for a number of years with Adidas Germany and developed dance teams during the "Streetball Tour"- campaign as well as for television performances.
In collaboration with television giant RTL Germany she developed a group called "2Hype Dance Family" that became an influencer- group and promoted Adidas fashion to German youth.
